One Year Limited Warranty

Quality Guarantee: Acorn products are constructed with the finest materials to ensure a consistently high level of quality. If this product does not perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value for a period up to one year.

How to Exercise Your Warranty: Return the slippers, socks or shoes along with an explanation of product defect and $5.00 (per product) for postage and handling to the nearest address shown below. Allow 4 to 5 weeks for return. Please include a return address and phone number.

You must include typed service order information and defective product with $5.00 US (per product) for us to be able to process your request.

Service Order - Replace Defective Product

Please send replacement product to the address below. I've enclosed $5.00 US (per product) for shipping and handling.

1) Type the reason for product return noting the defect

2) Type your name, mailing address, daytime phone number, and email address
