    Acorn or Manzella Returns

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by Acorn.com within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

     

    HOW TO start an Acorn or Manzella Return

    You may return your acorn.com item within 60 days of delivery for a refund.  For an expedited return, send an email to returns@acorn.com with the following information:

     

    • Current Acorn PO#/Order# (starting with ACOR)
    • List of specific item(s) being returned if multiple items on order
    • Tracking number from RETURNED PACKAGE (via FedEx, UPS, USPS) We recommend USPS as the most cost-effective method.

    Because our items are shipped to the customer free of shipping charges, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with your post office for the return or exchange.  We can provide a return label (please provide a valid PO#); however, the cost of return shipping label, if used, will be taken out of the refund.

    We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

        -Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

        -Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

     

    We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the return has been processed using the above process. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchased within 7-10 days.
