We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by Acorn.com within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

 

HOW TO start an Acorn or Manzella Return

You may return your acorn.com item within 60 days of delivery for a refund.  For an expedited return, send an email to returns@acorn.com with the following information:

 

  • Current Acorn PO#/Order# (starting with ACOR)
  • List of specific item(s) being returned if multiple items on order
  • Tracking number from RETURNED PACKAGE (via FedEx, UPS, USPS) We recommend USPS as the most cost-effective method.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with your post office for the return or exchange.  We can provide a return label (please provide a valid PO#); however, the cost of return shipping label, if used, will be taken out of the refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

    -Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

    -Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the return has been processed using the above process. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchased within 7-10 days.

 

Exchanges/Warranty

ACORN PRODUCTS ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Acorn products are constructed with the finest materials to ensure a consistently high level of quality. If this product does not perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value for a period up to one year. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of items.

 

HOW TO start an Acorn Exchange:

 

You may exchange your acorn.com item within 60 days of delivery for a size exchange only, and for items only purchased at www.acorn.com.

To expedite your exchange, please send an email to exch-warr@acorn.com with the following information:

 

  • Current PO#/Order# (starting with ACOR)
  • Full ID of item purchased (ex. SKU: A20155BLKWS)
  • Full ID of item size needed (ex SKU: SKU: A20155BLKWM)
  • Tracking number from RETURNED PACKAGE (via FedEx, UPS, USPS) We recommend USPS as the most cost-effective method.
  • If this was a gift from www.acorn.com, please provide an alternate address for shipping.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with your post office. We recommend the USPS as the most cost-effective method of return shipment.

An exchange will be processed via this email once the above information is sent to the email provided, within 5-7 business days.  If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued on the active order.

 

HOW TO exercise a Warranty:

Acorn Warranties are for items purchased on www.acorn.com only.

 

Send an email to exch-warr@acorn.com with the following information:

 

  • 3-4 photos of item being warrantied, with a full description of the manufacturing defect
  • Full ID SKU from the tag of the item being warrantied
  • Valid acorn.com order
  • Full name, address, and email

 

Please go to www.acorn.com, chose an item and provide a full ID / Color / Size of item for replacement.

The damaged/defective item does not need to be returned to acorn.com.

When your warranty is approved by our Quality Assurance, a replacement will be shipped, and you will be notified via email. Please allow 7-10 for shipping/delivery of replacement item.
