    Customer Service

    Exchanges are easy!

    We are able to exchange for size* for orders placed on our website within the past 30 days. Write us a note on the packing slip indicating what size you would like to exchange for. Send the product and packing slip back to us. Once received it can take up to 30 business days for your exchange to be processed. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with your post office. If we do not have it in stock, we will credit your card.

    * All other exchanges, such as a different product or color, will require a return with a new order placed online.

     

    Once received it can take up to 30 business days for a return/exchange to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving your return.

    We do not provide return shipping labels. Every Acorn order ships to you at no additional cost.  We only require our customer to pay for any return shipping to us.

    The sizing chart can be different depending on the slipper. Our sizing chart can be found on the product page. Just click on the words “size chart” and your sizing chart will pop up. 

    We regret to learn of the inconvenience you have experienced with your Acorn slipper/sock products.  Acorn does offer a one year warranty for products with manufactures defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of an item; if you feel the product is defective please use the warranty below.

     

    How to Exercise your Slipper/Sock Warranty:

     

    Return either the right or left slipper and $5.00 (per pair) for postage and handling of replacement to:

    Our quality lab will review the product for defects and if a defect is found a replacement pair will be sent. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our warranty process.

    Unfortunately, we receive a large amount of calls for other business that have a similar name.  This sometimes prompts you to leave a voice mail.  Please leave a message and a customer service representative will be happy to return your call.
