Where can I buy Acorn Products?

How can I tell if my order processed through?
If you have received a confirmation number at the end of the ordering process, your order has processed through. An email confirmation will also be sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process. Please check your spam or junk mailbox for your confirmation email, as many times the confirmation email will be redirected by spam blockers. If you did not receive a confirmation number at the end of your order or an email within a short amount of time, the order may not have processed through.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately once the order has been submitted the process for fulfillment has began and we cannot change any aspect of the order.

Can I cancel my order?

How can I track or find the status of my order?
An order status or tracking number can be found using the "Track Your Order" option at the top of the webpage. The order number and email address will be needed to use this method. A shipping confirmation should have been sent via email to the email address provided during the original ordering process. The email will provide you with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment also.

Can I place an order over the phone?
The Customer Care Group can assist you with placing an order over the phone. Please call 888-593-1879 to place your order. Orders placed online and over the phone must be placed with a major credit card, unfortunately we do not accept checks, money orders or COD's.

Can I special order an item or specific color?
We carry a variety of products in many designs and colors to appeal to everyone. Unfortunately, we do not special order any products.

What is the warranty policy on Acorn Products?


Acorn takes great pride in its workmanship and will stand behind its products 100%. If this product does not perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value for a period up to one year. See our warranty policy.

Where or how do I return my Acorn Product?

You should return your Acorn product at the store or to the online retailer from which it was purchased. Acorn has made arrangements with our authorized retailers to accept defective products and will support their decision regarding your return at the original point of purchase. CFC-FREE PU molded footbeds (CFCs are chemical compounds which have been shown to have negative effects on the environment such as depleting the ozone layer and contributing to global warming). to name only some. In addition, we are also increasing our partnerships with material suppliers who are committed to sustainable eco practices. Other Eco initiatives include: seeking new ways to incorporate recycled content in product packaging. Active recycling and eliminating toxic cleaning products at our corporate offices. Catalogs and collateral are printed on wood-free, PEFC-certified paper. We partner with a Forest Stewardship Council-certified printer that uses soy-based inks and certified wind power, is Green-e certified, and is committed to the highest levels of recycling.
